So I'm preparing to launch this site, and I find I keep asking the same question over and over again: Where's my UMPC?

Instead of embracing the lifestyle I'm talking about, I'm sitting at a cubicle typing on a notebook. And to top it off the notebook is plugged into a wall socket and I'm even using an ethernet cable to get on the network. At the very least I should have wireless network access, right?

I'm looking forward to getting my hands on a UMPC so I can see what all this fuss is about. I think they'd be really convenient and it would be fun to carry around to show my friends the latest geekery coming off the internet.

I was on the MRT the other day and talking with my friends about the latest South Park episode where they kill off Chef. None of us had seen it! That would have been the perfect UMPC moment right there. Wirelessly download the episode in question and watch it with my friends on a fairly long MRT ride. That's what this is all about isn't it?

I was at E3 and I saw it finally. Funny because it was on the UMPC that we had brought. Who woulda thunk it.
