This is perhaps one of the best instructional videos I've ever seen. Hugo walks us through upgrading the RAM from 1GB to 2GB in his Samsung Q1 Ultra. The whole process takes about 10 minutes and could save you a lot of time and money.

I believe the processor on the Q1 Ultra is soldered to the board and would be incredibly challenging to replace even for an expert.
