Last week, Facebook launched a new feature for businesses giving a home to non-sentient entities such as small businesses, websites, and brands. This is great for people who run websites as this new page is like a group on steroids, custom molded to suit your social networking desires. The coolest part? Readers can get a site badge on their personal profile to show their support for your website. I've gone ahead and created a Facebook Page for UML and I hope that if you are a Facebooker you'll visit my page and become a fan there to show your support.
I talk regularly with other mobile tech bloggers (hey Chippy and ThoughtFix!) but I don't hear much from the other regular readers of UML so this is your chance to get in touch with me. Add me to your friends list or become a fan of UML on Facebook and let me know who you all are. And if you've got a website, go ahead and put up a Facebook Page for it and let us know about it. The more the merrier!
