I just ran across this little snippet of good news over on Cloudbooker that states:
Paul Kim, the Director of Marketing for Everex, has confirmed via e-mail to me that Windows XP drivers will be posted on Everex.com.
Although the CloudBook will be shipping with gOS installed, users may want to put Windows XP on it and Everex has been listening and has agreed to provide drivers on their site. The standard 30GB drive will give you plenty of room to have both gOS and Windows XP installed if you want the freedom to run both operating systems.
Linux or Windows on your UMPC?
What operating system do you run on your mobile computer? While Windows is popular among regular PCs, though you can find operating systems that turn your mobile computer into a barcode scanner, or you can even program it to open and close your cash drawer at your business!

;) Is it easy to upgrade the memory, or change the hard drive?

Ya I would like to know that as well. I'm hearing that the RAM can only go to 1GB MAX, but I'm hoping that's not true. Does anyone know the specs on that? 8)

One GB of RAM is the max.

In order to upgrade the RAM, you'll need to remove the motherboard, thus voiding your warranty. The hard drive can be upgraded fairly easy by removing the keyboard.
