Today we've got part two of the four part series of videos from Rob Enderle. In this segment Rob talks about the UMPC of today and how it performs its many jobs better than the devices it's meant to replace.

A lot of important features of the UMPC seem to be overlooked by a lot of the reviewers. I think overall there's a lack of imagination, we're all stuck in sit-at-your-desk mode and don't think about how great it would be to take your computer wherever you go.

I think it's time to move beyond taking your notebook to the local coffee shop and find some new places to bring your computer.

Yesterday I didn't post a pretty UMPC video for everyone to see. Today I will make up for it with this very nice OQO video. I can't stop drooling over the design of the OQO model 01+, but I can't help but wonder how it performs in real life. I've actually seen videos and heard reviews of many of the UMPCs on the market right now, however I haven't heard a peep about how the OQO performs.

A while ago Microsoft released this video to give us an idea of how the UMPC could be used. There's alot about the UMPC lifestyle, but I think they're only scratching the surface on how UMPCs are really going to be used.

When I think Ultra-Mobile I envision doing a few things: watching videos, chatting, web-browsing / blogging, and sharing content with other UMPCs. I'm curious what options are available to share content between different UMPCs.
