VIDEO - VIA NanoBook on the road
Written by Bjorn Stromberg

It seems that Richard Brown has hit the road and shot this video of the VIA NanoBook Reference Design. Mr. Brown envisions devices based on the VIA NanoBook to launch a new generation of creative types, a modern Beat generation if you will. Instead of crusty old type writers, correction fluid, and rolls of paper, modern Beatniks are expected to embrace photos, video, and web technology to let their creativity flow.

Not soon enough.

Everex is making the US version. They're calling it the CE260, but I'll keep on calling it the Nanobook.

I want one sooo bad.

Packard Bell just launched their EasyNote XS which is based on the VIA NanoBook reference design. I have also heard rumors that Everex has gotten their version of the NanoBook through the FCC.
