A while ago I shared a quick hands on look at the MTube, and now the MTube has been spotted on US soil. At CES the MTube was found at the Lunch @ Piero's event running three different live demos. The first demo is a DVB-T demo, basically watching TV on the 4" device. The second using wireless peripherals, like a LCD display to show videos and pictures. The third live demo was watching YouTube videos over a WiMax connection. Looking at the setup, you can see that the MTube has a lot of promise and it even sounds like it will be available in the second quarter of this year. I've got more videos to put up, stay tuned.
Peripherals for your portable PC
Portable PCs are so small, they are often hooked up to a laptop LCD screen for better viewing. Their batteries also don't last quite as long as a laptop battery, though some peripheral laptop parts can be used with portable PCs.
